"A few line-up changes don't slow down Crucifix, on the
contrary. The music is as brutal and fierce as ever. The three songs
on the new demo Endless Infernum show a faster and in a way also
more diverse side of the quartet.
The music may be a tad faster this time, but the band doesn't
overdo it. They often slow down so it never ends up being one long
same-sounding pummel. Their ability to write good songs are clear,
but it particularly show in the titletrack "Endless Infernum"
which have the perfect balance between being brutally fast and slow.
This makes it highly captivating. The band also seems to have lost
some of the references that were there on the previous demo. The
music have gotten much more identity this time around.
Crucifix has also improved with regard to the production. The
sound is thicker and more powerful and this really does the music
justice. It all sound a bit more updated and it fit just perfect.
As I wrote in my review of their previous demo I think the band
have the potential to get picked up by a label and Endless Infernum
underline this in a most convincing way."
